Some of our communications are not making it to your inboxes. (Thanks to those who have alerted us.) Today, we use a few different tools to send you communications.

Here are some instructions if you need them.

Google Gmail

Add our emails to your contact list. Or create a Safe Sender Filter by following these steps.

  1. Go to and log into your account.
  2. Click the gear icon at the top right corner.
  3. Click ‘See all settings.’
  4. Click on the ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’ tab at the top.
  5. In the ‘Safe Senders’ section, click ‘Create a new filter.’
  6. Enter the email address of the person you want to add to your safe senders list.
  7. Click ‘Create Filter.’

Microsoft Office 365

To add people to your Safe Senders List, do the following:

  1. On the Ribbon, from the Home tab, select the Junk icon.
  2. From the drop-down list, select Junk E-mail Options. .
  3. Select the Safe Sender tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. In the dialog box, type an email address or domain.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Apply to save your changes.
